We’re excited to bring a new kind of storage option to Zumbrota and the surrounding communities. We’re building large, secure, convenient storage spaces designed for the things that don’t fit in a traditional storage unit.
Whether you need a place for your RV or camper, a boat or trailer, a commercial vehicle, business equipment, or simply need more room for the things you’ve accumulated over the years, Zumbrota Max Storage is built with you in mind.
We’re currently preparing for our opening and will be sharing updates along the way, including unit availability, pricing, features, and rental information.
When you start searching for a storage facility, you quickly realize that not all storage is created equal. Traditional storage units are great for boxes and household belongings—but what happens when you need to store something bigger?
That’s where we come in.
Zumbrota Max Storage is being designed around larger vehicles, equipment, recreational items, and business storage needs. Our facility will feature large units with tall and wide doors, generous drive aisles, lighting, electricity available in select units, and secured access.
We want getting your stuff into storage to be just as easy as getting it out.
Our larger storage units are designed to accommodate a variety of storage needs, including:
RVs and motorhomes
Campers and travel trailers
Boats and watercraft
Trailers
Commercial vehicles
Contractor and business equipment
Seasonal recreational equipment
Business inventory
Household belongings
And plenty more
If you have something that’s too big for a traditional storage unit, there’s a good chance we’ve been thinking about it.
Start by thinking about what you’re storing and how you need to access it. If you’re storing boxes and household items, a traditional-sized unit may be enough. If you’re storing an RV, boat, camper, trailer, or commercial vehicle, you’ll want to consider both the dimensions of the unit and the size of the entrance.
At Zumbrota Max Storage, our larger units are designed specifically with oversized items in mind.
Our initial storage options will include:
12' × 42' units
504 square feet with 12-foot-high × 10-foot-wide doors
21' × 22' units
462 square feet with 12-foot-high × 16-foot-wide doors
These larger spaces are designed to make storing and accessing larger vehicles and equipment easier.
Yes! Our larger storage units are being designed with RV and camper storage in mind. The tall doors, wide entrances, and generous drive aisles are intended to make maneuvering larger recreational vehicles easier.
Absolutely. Boat storage is one of the reasons we’re building larger units. Whether you’re storing your boat during the off-season or simply need a secure place to keep it when you’re not on the water, our larger units provide an option beyond traditional storage.
Yes. Zumbrota Max Storage is designed to provide storage solutions for commercial vehicles, trailers, contractor equipment, and business inventory.
We understand that businesses don’t always have room to store equipment at the shop or at home. Having additional secure storage space can help keep your property organized and your business moving.
When comparing storage facilities, consider more than just the monthly price. Think about:
Size: Will your belongings or vehicle actually fit?
Access: Are the doors and drive aisles large enough to maneuver comfortably?
Security: Does the facility offer secured access?
Convenience: Is the location easy to get to from home or work?
Features: Does the facility offer lighting or electricity if you need it?
Customer service: Is there someone available to help when you have a question?
At Zumbrota Max Storage, we’re working to check all of those boxes.
We’re currently preparing the facility and will announce our opening date as we get closer.
Unit sizes, availability, pricing, rental information, and additional details will be announced soon.
